Trevor Price RE. was born in 1966 & grew up in Cornwall, studying at Falmouth & then Winchester School of Art. After leaving college he worked for 2 years in a London etching studio, learning the skills of professional printmaking in the way of an old fashioned apprenticeship. Establishing his reputation in St Ives, he has since returned to London & set up an etching studio in Bermondsey, recently being made a Fellow of the prestigious Royal Society of Painter/ Printmakers (RE). Trevor regards his subject matter to be in some way, a reflection of his life. “Some pieces being about the intimacy between a couple, others showing the normal obsessions of any man”.
