How to buy
You can buy online or by contacting us by phone or email. Payment can only be made using a debit or credit card. All major cards accepted, including American Express. Full payment is required before items will be delivered.
We take great care to pack your artwork so that it reaches you in perfect condition. Most items will be sent using Royal Mail or Parcelforce signed and tracked services (except vouchers and cards). For higher value items specialist courier services may be required. Delivery charges will be added to your order at check-out as follows:
Up to £99: Free
For items valued over £2000, we recommend that you contact the gallery to discuss your purchase.
For international orders, please contact us to discuss delivery costs and timescales.
Returns and refunds
Any damages incurred during delivery should be reported within 48 hours of receipt and items returned within 14 days to obtain a full refund or a replacement item of the same or higher value. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, please call or email the Gallery and we will do our very best to resolve any issues.
It’s our priority to make sure you are happy with your purchase and provide a stress-free process. If you are at all uncertain about buying a particular artwork or ceramic, please call us to talk it through before you buy. Art is an emotional purchase and we always advise taking your time.
If you have seen an artwork in the Gallery or on the website that you wish to buy in person, we will be happy to reserve if for you. Please call us so that we can agree a date and time for you to visit us and complete your purchase.
Copyright for all the artworks on this website and in the Gallery remains with the artist pre- and post-purchase. The reproduction of any original art featured on this website is an infringement of copyright. Please don’t do it!
